Fulfillment Policy
Upon purchasing tutoring hours, an academic manager will reach out to confirm your purchase and coordinate your tutoring pairing. You will then be connected over email with your tutor who will schedule your first session.
Purchased hours must be used within 8 months of purchasing date unless otherwise agreed.
Cancellation/Rescheduling Policy
Please provide at least 24 hours notice for any cancellations or rescheduling. Sessions that are canceled or rescheduled within 24 hours of the previously agreed upon meeting time will count towards the student’s total hours.
Refund Policy
No refunds are provided, however students are welcome to request a change of tutor at any time.
